I spent most of the week moving back and forth between my new favorite chair and the living room window sill. The large, bald one seemed to hardly move at all. Each day she sits quietly, on the couch, typing away on her laptop from dawn until way past dusk.
Outside the seasons continue to pass us by. On Monday it was Spring, on Tuesday it was Summer and then on Wednesday it skipped Fall and went straight back into Winter. I thought that we had successfully fleed the snow when we left Minnesota, but it turns out that winter found us. The snow lasted into the weekend.
